Anita Kay Hanson, age 77, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Monroe Manor Assisted Living in Barron. She was born July 24, 1946 to Freeman and Irene (Bass) Hanson. She grew up on Midlane Farm with her siblings. Anita loved reading her Bible and singing hymns. She enjoyed embroidery, writing letters, playing Skipbo (which she usually won) and eating fried chicken. Anita was a sweet Christian who loved her Savior Jesus Christ. She was welcomed to her eternal home by her Mom and Dad as a whole person - body and mind. She is survived by her brother: Howard (Joyce) Hanson, sisters: Marlyce Cutsforth, LouAnn (Art Dwayne) Connor, Virginia Conrey & Julie (Lyn) Brostrom, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
