Catherine Tubbs Obituary
Catherine E. Tubbs, age 69, of Chetek & formerly of Ripon, WI died Friday, July 9th, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. She was born April 8th, 1952 to Clifford & Eldora (Schultz) Sieger at Ripon where she was raised and attended school. She graduated from Ripon High School in 1970 & on June 20th, 1970, she was married to Martin Tubbs in Ripon. Catherine worked for Smuckers in Ripon for several years before retiring. She enjoyed reading, bird watching & she especially loved her dogs.
Catherine was preceded in death by her parents & brother: Dwight Sieger. She is survived by her husband: Martin of Chetek, sons: Patrick (Elba) Tubbs of El Paso, TX & Jeff (Lisa) Tubbs of Turtle Lake, WI, grandchildren: Eric, Michelle & Genevieve Tubbs, brother: Duane (Sue) Sieger of Ripon, as well as many other relatives & friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21st at the Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Ken Mandley officiating & interment following at the Sumner Cemetery in the Town of Sumner, rural Chetek. Visitation will be held for the hour prior to services at the funeral home on Wednesday. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas, WI.
