Darryl “Tink” Tireman, age 77, of Dallas, WI passed away Saturday, December 30th, 2017 at his home. He was born June 6th, 1940 to Harvey & Lucille Tireman in the Town of Maple Grove where he attended the Maple Grove Country School, walking there every day for class. He later graduated from Barron High School in 1958. He went on to attend a 2 year short course at River Falls for agriculture & accounting. After graduating, he returned home to help his father on the farm. On April 27th, 1963, he was married to Beverly Huset at Dallas. Darryl hauled milk in the early 1960’s and he and Beverly purchased their own farm. They started their family and had a 29 year successful dairy farm operation before relocating to their home in Dallas in 1992. Darryl’s other past accomplishments were driving school bus, serving as a Barron County Reserve Officer for 11 years, a side board member for the township, a large construction operator, a feed mill employee & truck stop attendant until retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved deer hunting & fishing. He also enjoyed his John Deere Tractors & equipment. He liked to visit & joke around with neighbors & friends. He also loved his family pets & watching the wildlife. Darryl’s greatest concern was for his family. He loved Beverly, his 2 girls & grandsons with all of his heart. He will be truly missed by his family.

Darryl was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Karl Tireman, father & mother-in-law: Ole & Lucille Huset, brother-in-law: Jim (June) Huset & their 3 girls: Linda, Debbie & Sheila Huset. He is survived by his wife Beverly of 54 years, daughters: Rochelle (Jim) Dusza of Weyerhaeuser & Rebecca Tireman of Rice Lake, grandsons: Jesse & Jeremiah Slack, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
Funeral Service
Funeral services will be (were) held at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 3rd at the Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Dallas with Rev. Heather Kistner officiating & interment following in the Dallas Cemetery. Visitation will be (was) held for the hour prior to services at the funeral home. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Dallas & Cameron.
