David Lloyd Applebee

David Lloyd Applebee, age 72, of Barron, WI passed away on Friday, January 13th, 2017 at Barron Care & Rehabilitation. He retired 7 years ago after working at Jerome’s Turkey Store in Barron for 20 years. David was born in Racine, WI on Feb 6th, 1944. He was the son of Dorothy Miller. He married Patricia Cash on August 3rd, 1974 at Slinger, WI. On August 3rd, 2017, Dave and Patricia would have celebrated 43 years together. David was well known for his selfless servanthood to everyone. No job was beneath him. He was always an avid hunter and fisherman and liked old cars.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Applebee, his 4 step children, many grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, with 2 more on the way. He was easy to make smile with his favorite - a Swiss cake roll and walk in the park –all of which he would share with the world.

A Graveside service will be held in the spring at the Wayside Cemetery in Barron. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
