Debra J. Etlicher will be profoundly missed by all who experienced her love, generosity, and unwavering support. Born on November 12, 1959, to Fred and Dorothy (Mlejnek) Pichner, she cherished a joyful childhood filled with lasting memories alongside her two sisters, Judy Vreeland and Cindy Schultz. Debra embarked on a career with the FBI, which took her on many adventures. Eventually, she returned home and found true love with Barry Etlicher, celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary this year. As a devoted mother, she dedicated herself to her two daughters, Emily and husband Chris as well as Aleah and husband Adam with grandchildren Greyson & Gretta. She instilled in them her passions and vibrant approach to life. Together, they will hold onto those cherished memories and keep her spirit alive. Our beloved mother would want to convey her heartfelt appreciation to everyone who cared for her. She will be remembered forever.
In accordance with her wishes, a private service will be scheduled at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Česká Opera Foundation PO Box 211 Haugen, WI 54841. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Dallas & Cameron.
