Delores B. Moore

Delores B. Moore, age 84, of rural Cameron, WI died Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. She was born Delores Ruth Bartsch on May 8th, 1935 to Robert & Minnie (Brandt) Bartsch in the Town of Sumner. She attended Greenwood Country School & later Cameron High School, graduating in 1953. On July 3rd, 1954, she was married to Robert Moore at Pine City, MN. As was the custom then, she dropped her middle name and used the initial B representing her maiden name. The Triune God was her refuge & strength. She was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Cameron & loved helping with their Sunday School. She enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and had also visited Europe with her siblings. She enjoyed flowers & working in her flowerbeds, sewing, reading, talking & visiting with her many friends.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Robert on July 16th, 2003, daughter: Barbara Gail Moore, brother: Alvin Bartsch & sisters: Germaine Bartsch, Roberta Weiss & Dorla Graczyk. She is survived by her son: Robert Jr. (Cheryl) Moore of Roseville, MN, daughter: Crystal Moore of Cameron, granddaughter: Katherine Rose (Clarence) Dunn of Roseville, MN, sister: Eloma “Joy” Bartsch of Cameron, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Services

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 7th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Cameron with Rev. Tylan Dalrymple officiating & interment following at the Sumner Cemetery in the Town of Sumner. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Cameron & also for the hour prior to services at the church on Thursday. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
