Donald F. Kurschner

Donald Franklin Kurschner, age 90, of Rice Lake, WI passed away of old age at 7:45 PM Tuesday evening, June 29, 2021 at Monroe Manor Assisted Living in Barron, WI. Donald was born February 8, 1931 in Prairie Farm, WI to Harold and Clara Kurschner. After graduating from High School, he worked as a cheese maker and later he went on to be flight instructor pilot, carpenter and entrepreneur.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife: Audrey Elaine (Solie) Kurschner and daughter: Peggy Elaine (Kurschner) Kucera. He is survived by 2 brothers: Claire and John Kurschner, sister: Nelda (Kurschner) Hales, 3 children: Clark Kurschner, Kim Kurschner and Scott Kurschner and a grandson: Cory Kucera.

In accordance with Donald’s wishes, private family services were held. Arrangements were with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
