Laura A. "Maggie" Norgaard

Laura Ann “Maggie” Norgaard, age 60, of Cameron, WI passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at home, with her family by her side. She was born September 3, 1961 to John & Florence (Zastrow) Wakefield at Racine, WI. On January 15, 2004, she was married to Norman Norgaard at Las Vegas, NV. Laura spent 30 plus years working side by side with the love of her life, Norm. She enjoyed pontooning, winning big at the casino, collecting Green Bay Packer and M & M’s memorabilia, traveling and being the family caretaker. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Jackie & Jeffrey Wakefield & sister: Goldine Ewing. She is survived by the love of her life, husband: Norm, her daughter: Megan Coss, son: Ryan Coss, step-daughters: Amy (Chris) Norgaard & Heidi Norgaard, sisters: Kathleen Erickson, Emily Lemke, Mary Wakefield, Gina (Jim) Smithers, Heide (Todd) Thorne, brothers: William (Cathy), Timothy (Debra), Gary (Lisa), James, Mike (Lori) & Edward Wakefield, grandchildren: Jacob, Bailey, Kyle, Greta, Elliott, Hannah, Abigail & Allison, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Services A Celebration of Laura’s Life will be held at the Chetek Lanes Bowling Alley on Sunday, April 10th from 12:00-3:00 p.m. with a short prayer service being held at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor’s choice. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Dallas & Cameron.
