Mary E. Nedland

Mary E. Nedland, age 57, of Prairie Farm, WI died Friday, May 31st, 2019 at her home. She was born August 22nd, 1961 to David & Donna (Abbuehl) Abramson at Amery, WI. On December 15th, 1979, she was married to David Nedland at Prairie Farm. Mary then went on to pursue a career in Nursing. She later attained her Master’s Degree and became a Nursing Instructor with WITC until her retirement in 2017. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who gave her much joy. She and David also enjoyed traveling to many places, however, Disney was very much Mary’s passion & they would be sure to visit Disney World whenever their travels brought them near the park.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother, brother: Ryan Holten & her grandparents. She is survived by her husband: David of Prairie Farm, daughter: Shanda (Andrew) Harrington, sons: Cory (Crystal) Nedland of Prairie Farm, Christopher (Michelle) Nedland of Chetek & Anthony (Jessica) Nedland of Baldwin, father: David (Marilyn) Abramson of Woodbury, MN, grandchildren: Madison, Kennedy, Jackson, Anastasia, Zoey, Blake, Kiara, Ariana, Alexa & Logan, sister: Karin (Abdulreda) Al-Baghly of Kuwait, brothers: Mark Abramson (Deysta) of Lake Elmo, MN & Kurt (Laura) Abramson of Phoenix, AZ, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Services

Funeral services will be (were) held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 6th at United Lutheran Church in Prairie Farm with Rev. Erin Koster officiating & interment following in Sunset Cemetery in the Town of Prairie Farm. Visitation will be (was) held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday & 10-11 a.m. Thursday, both at the church. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Dallas & Cameron.
