Nyla Belle Good

Nyla B. Good, age 88, of the Town, of Prairie Lake, rural Chetek, WI died Friday, April 1st, 2022 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Barron. She was born July 22nd, 1933 to Edward & Myrtle (Chamberlain) Schweiger at Bruce, WI. Her father was a minister and the family moved around to various locations during her youth. She graduated from Chetek High School in 1951 & on September 12th, 1952, she was married to William Good by Nyla’s father at the Free Methodist Church in Chetek. She loved to sing, tend to her gardens, attend garage sales & entertain friends & family.

Nyla was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Wayne & Ron & sister: Betty. She is survived by her husband of almost 70 years: Bill Sr., daughters: Susan (William) Breckling, Sandy (Dave) Romsos & Linda (Ron) Stone, all of Cameron, son: Bill Jr. (Shana) Good of Rice Lake, 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Services Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6th at Prairie Lake Covenant Church in the Town of Prairie Lake with Pastors Phillip Halverson & Scott Christiansen officiating. Visitation will be held for the hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Interment will take place at a later date at Lakeview Cemetery in Chetek. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
