Timothy E. Slayton

Timothy E. Slayton, age 60, of Cameron, WI died Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Marshfield Medical Center in Rice Lake. He was born September 15th, 1960 to James & Elinor (Gould) Slayton at Rice Lake. He was raised and attended school in the Cameron/Chetek area. On August 14th, 1982 he was married to Lisa McClay at Cameron. He worked for 2 years at North Oaks Processing in Cameron. He really enjoyed farming and worked for several area farms throughout the years. He also enjoyed attending his children’s & grandchildren’s sporting events, hunting, fishing & raising animals on a small hobby farm.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife: Lisa of Cameron, son: Christopher Slayton of Cameron, daughter: Kayla Slayton (David Olson) of Cameron, grandchildren: Madison Holmstrom, Carter Slayton & Donovan Olson, brothers: Thomas & Troy Slayton, sisters: Tammy Slayton, Tallie Slayton (Wendy Herbst) & Trinatie Coss (William Boileau), aunts: Sarah Slayton & Anna Mae Stillman, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Services

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4th at the Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Steve Miller officiating. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
